*Free Standard Shipping On All Orders Over $50

  • *Applies to Standard Shipping with Australia Post
  • *Applies only to delivery locations within Australia

Standard Shipping (Domestic)

  • Delivered within 3 - 10 business days within Australia
  • Orders are typically despatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order, Monday to Friday.
  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time

Express Shipping (Domestic)

  • Delivered within 1-2 business days Australia-wide subject to Australia Post delivery times
  • Orders are typically despatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order, Monday to Friday
  • Express Shipping does not expedite the despatch times above. Orders will ship via Australia Post Express once despatched
  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time

International Shipping

  • New Zealand orders will arrive within 3 - 7 business days – Quote will be calculated upon checkout
  • USA, UK and Canada - will arrive within 5 - 10 business Days - Quote will be calculated upon checkout
  • All Other International - will arrive within 1 - 3 weeks - Quote will be calculated upon checkout
  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time
  • ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.  This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

General Shipping Information

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched
  • Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a huge promotion taking place
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.  To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team

Easy Returns

Easy Exchanges & Returns

All orders are shipped with a Returns Form which can be completed and returned to us along with the original item(s).

  1. Complete your returns form and send the item back using the instructions on the form
  2. Ensure the item is still in brand new, re-saleable condition, with all packaging intact, and in compliance with our Terms and Conditions
  3. Once received, we will endeavour to process your exchange, or return within 5 business days
  4. We will contact you with further details regarding your exchange, return, or refund
  5. All exchanges are shipped back to you FREE of charge.

If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will contact you to ship the Product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.

🎄 Christmas Period Extended Returns 🎄

Orders purchased between midnight November 15th 2018 and midnight December 24th 2018 will be eligible for an extended Exchange or Return period.

Eligible orders must be returned to us before Friday 19th January to be exchanged or refunded.

Pop Up Store Exchange/Refund Policy

Simply take the item(s) you wish to return (with proof of purchase) to the pop-up store where you have made the purchase (Chadstone or Emporium). If you paid using a credit/debit card, one of our store representatives can assist you with:

  • Exchange for another size, colour or style
  • Refund

Alternatively you could exchange or return the item following our Easy Exchange & Return policy above.

Please ensure you have complied with the below requirements. Failure to comply with the following requirements may result in your return being rejected or significantly delayed.

  • The Product(s) being returned are unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged (except in the case of faulty Products)
  • The Product(s) being returned are in their original condition, with all original tags attached and/or in their original packaging;
  • For returns in stores items must be returned by 18th of January

PLEASE NOTE OUR POP-UP STORES WILL OPERATE UNTIL SUNDAY 20th OF JANUARY

To ensure the returns are assessed and processed swiftly, you must follow the instructions set out in this Returns Form

Once determined the return is in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will, at your request,

  • refund the Price of the Product returned to your original payment method;
  • exchange the Product for another size.

If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will contact you to ship the Product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.
